I have always seen the sunrise and sunset but a full moon rise while the sun is setting, that was a first for me. It was breathtaking.
In the 5th grade we had to do a report on a country that was chosen for us by our teacher. Mine was Egypt, I made a display out of clay of the pyramids, desert and gave a speech about the country. From then on I was obsessed in going there. To this day, I haven’t visited the country.
This past weekend I went on a road trip to Death Valley. The sand dunes made me think of Egypt. We hiked though the sand to get some nice pictures, after 10 minutes I was panting for air. You would think since I go to the gym everyday this would help, nope, not at all. One of the best workouts was carrying my camera gear and trying to run up the sand dunes without getting stuck.
