I decided to take a stab on it and see how it turned out. It took a couple of tries with going back and forth to the tutorial to click on the correct area but this is what it end up looking like. I’m not 100% that you can escape getting a tilt shift lens and just faking it in photoshop. Here is where you can try out the tutorial.
